<p>In his official role as Mascot and Silent Cheerleader, Buddy quietly roots for all those who enter the Strictly Fit Studio to persevere and reach their fitness goals.  On July 17th, 2010, Buddy got dressed up in his best sombrero and sarape to celebrate Barry&#8217;s birthday!  But mostly Buddy likes to enjoy extended Siesta, choosing to spend his time in sleep and meditation&#8211; saving his energy for a grueling workout regimen.</p>
