Our programs emphasize a variety and mixture of cardiovascular, resistance, and weight training exercises, and are a Customized and Complete CrossFit Workout for All Age Groups–Youth thru Seniors. These exercises include Agility, Balance and Stability, Plyometrics, Core Training, Resistance machines, and Weight Training with dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells.

The first and most important thing to remember is the old saying “fail to plan, plan to fail.” You need to have a plan in the form of a fitness evaluation. A fitness evaluation determines what your current level of fitness is.
Some of the components of an evaluation are:
- Bodyfat assessment
- Flexibility assessment
- Strength assessment
- Endurance assessment
After an evaluation has been completed, a trainer can determine what your strengths and weaknesses are and formulate a specific plan (program) for you. The training program will be customized to fit your needs and lifestyle.
